Multi-Michelin star awarded chef Daniel Humm returns to London (where he found his feet in the Claridge’s kitchen as a 15-year-old) with Davies and Brook, the beautiful restaurant at the Claridge’s Hotel. The bar acts as a focal point for the elegant space, which opened in December 2019.

Expect classic seasonal dishes in the main dining hall, or visit the terrace for lighter bites including the famous Claridge’s Fried Chicken (C.F.C) or the Humm Dog (New York Street Food with a five-star hotel twist).

Momo

25 Heddon Street, London

An iconic Berber restaurant that has been a Mayfair staple since 1997, Momo offers a beautiful array of dishes from North Africa and The Mediterranean. The restaurant space has undergone a delightful refurb, and colourful birds and tropical plants now soar and sway across the walls and over the wood panelling.

Looking for somewhere for after dinner drinks? Tucked below Momo you’ll find sister cocktail bar, Kwānt, where prohibition means tiki bar.

Amazonico

Amazonico is a lush, rainforest-themed restaurant that opened in Mayfair in 2010 by renowned restauranteurs, Sandro Silva and Marta Seco.

10 Berkeley Square, Mayfair, W1J 6AA

Dinner is served amongst the flourishing foliage, but the rainforest inspiration goes beyond the deep green interiors and smooth wooden finishes.

Combining a blend of tropical and Latin American cuisines, the menus are inspired by the countries of the Amazon and their inhabitants. Swing by in the evening to enjoy grilled meats with jazz performances, or grab a coveted spot at the Sushi Counter (where only six seats are available) to see Japanese-Peruvian dishes being created up close.
